I am a specialist in technical research for Science, Technology, and Innovation (STI) strategy, with applied expertise in geospatial information systems (GIS) and urban environment management. In my current role, I focus on open innovation, technology foresight, and intellectual property landscape analysis, having led over 30 major projects for private-sector clients in areas such as autonomous mobility and decarbonization. Previously, I contributed to more than 10 international technical cooperation projects on GIS and urban infrastructure management, commissioned by organizations including JICA and the World Bank.
